RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for refund or an exchange. Please refer below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within (3) days from date of purchase/collection. All returned items must be in a new/sealed original box.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us on whatsApp to arrange a self drop-off at our office. Please send us your proof of purchase.
If pick-up from us is necessary, please note that there will be a charge of $10.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least (3) days from the date of receipt of your item to process your return or exchange, during this process, updates will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Open or unsealed parts.
2. Self induce damage or burnt components.
For defective or dead on arrival(DOA), please contact us immediately for a refund or exchange.
